Thank you for choosing Mr. Timesaver. Please read the following terms & conditions carefully before signing up for any service provided by Mr. Timesaver.

 

By visiting or signing up on the Mr. Timesaver website, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions stated in this document.

 

Customer Obligations To Ensure Great Service

Please make sure to carefully check your order details before finalizing your order. This includes the time-and-date scheduled for pick-up and delivery based on when you are available, and also the classification of your garments for the services you choose. Mr. Timesaver has the right to change the type or quantity of garments that you choose if we believe it is incorrect. We will contact you by email or phone call to inform you.

 

Please be sure to carefully check all clothes included in your load for items such as keys, papers, coins etc.

 

When your order is submitted, we will send you an email confirmation. Please refer to the order number given to you when contacting us. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified by a customer service representative.

 

Changing Your Order – Pick-up & Delivery Times

 

 

You may make changes to your order up to three hours before pickup. The same goes for changes to your delivery. Changes to pickup and delivery times can be made through email or by phone.

 

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel an order up to three hours before pickup.

 

Color Separation – Laundry Service

If you select a “Wash Service” do keep in mind that Mr. Timesaver does not separate colors. If you require colors and whites to be washed separately then these must be separated into two bags when given to us. This also means 2 separate wash loads. Please learn more about our laundry service here.

We always tumble dry washed items, if any fabric still shrinks after being washed according to instructions and being tumble dried, the company does not hold responsible for it.
The wool mixed with viscose fabrics should be dry cleaned only. The customers are advised to choose from
Orders of dry cleaning or washing carefully. Although we do our best to look at all the fabrics before washing yet it’s not possible to look at washing instructions of each piece from piles of large washes of many kilograms. Therefore, customers are advised to separate (only dry cleaning) items themselves.

 

Pick-Up & Delivery

At Mr. Timesaver we aim to provide a superior service for the convenience and flexibility of our customers. It is important to be aware that once pick-up has been made, Mr. Timesaver accepts the responsibility for any damage or loss of any items. However, Mr. Timesaver strives to prevent these occurrences. In the event of unsuccessful pick-up or delivery, you can reschedule by contacting us through email or by phone. Extra charges (€10) are applied for the rescheduling of unsuccessful pick-ups/deliveries if you fail to notify us on time.

 

Payment of Service Received

Customers are required to pay for the service during checkout. Payments can be made later or on delivery if:

 

  • Express checkout was used
  • Cash on delivery / pin at door was selected
  • Extra items were added at pick-up that weren’t already paid for during checkout

 

For orders that are created on the website by us after the pre-wash inspection (express checkout) or when online payment links are requested on delivery, the payment is expected within 3 business days. Failure to do so will result in a reminder email. If you fail to make the payment after the first reminder email, an extra charge of €10 will be added to your order for every follow-up email.

 

Special Requests

We understand that you may have special requests with regards to washing powders, temperature etc. Please include these in the “Additional Preferences” section when you are placing your order.

 

Receipt of Goods – Damaged or unsatisfied?

Please make sure to check your cleaned/repaired items upon receipt. Notification of damaged items or items that are not satisfactory must be made within 24 hours of the delivery as we reserve the right to dismiss any complaints raised following this time period.

Full refund is only possible if the items go missing or completely unusable after being damaged. We will only repair the item if it gets slightly damaged from the seams at our handling locations. In such cases, money is not refunded only repairing is done.

We wash, dry clean or surface clean the carpets and rugs according to demand and / instructions. Full refund is only possible if the items go missing or completely damaged. Slight discoloring of carpets can happen specially if they are cleaned after long time. It’s also natural for some fabrics to loose colors when some fabrics are naturally dyed or dyed from vegetables. So we are not responsible for discoloration of naturally dyed items.
Carpets and rugs can be little damp on delivery, it’s is advised to leave them for air drying. Likewise, carpets can be little wavy and bumpy due to being folded. It is advised to turn them upside down overnight or place an heavy object on bumpy part for sometime.
Hand made woolen carpets and rugs can shrink to some extent which is at risk of clients.

 

In case of antique or woolen hand made carpets and rugs, we are only responsible for cleaning which may not remove old stains and we are not responsible for any other response/ reaction from fabrics.

 

Intellectual property rights

  • We are the owner of all intellectual properties on our site, and the material published on it. These are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved.
  • You may print off one copy of any page from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to content posted on our site.
  • Our status as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
  • You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so.

 

If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Please be aware that these terms & conditions are subject to change and do not affect your legal rights. Mr. Timesaver may change any aspect of these terms and conditions as we provide aforementioned evidence via email.

Claim and Refund

Please remove your brouches, removable buttons, fancy covers and hangers before giving your laundry, although we do our best to return such items but company will not be responsible of any such embelisshmenst if lost.

We try our best to return items as per your chosen time slot, sometimes order pick up/ delivery might be delayed due to conflicting schedules, quality check reasons or other unseen circumstances. We inform our clients in such cases, however, such a delay is not compensated.
