Placing Your First Order – Dry Cleaning & Laundry Delivery Service

Is this your first time placing an order with our handy dandy dry cleaning delivery service?


Here are a few things you need to know before you plan your pick-up and delivery

2. Pricing & minimum order

All our dry cleaning and laundry prices include VAT. Pick-up and delivery is free! So what you see is what you pay. Some item prices may vary depending on fabric or material, but we will contact you and get approval before continuing in those cases. Mr. Timesaver has a minimum order of €25. 

3. Opening Hours

We are open 7 days a week, with the exception of holidays and very rarely on dry cleaning machine maintenance days. We do inform our users about holidays in our newsletter and on social media. If in doubt, please check our opening times on Google or email us. 

Monday – Friday

7 a.m. – Midnight


7 a.m. – 8 p.m.


4 p.m. – Midnight 

4. Item Selection

If you’re not sure which items to select or if your can’t locate your item (say, a leather jacket), the easiest way is to select (only) express checkout. This will take you to your laundry bag with a minimum order item labeled “mixed items”. It would be easier to select cash/pay later in this case. We will send a new order to you after we have inspected the items.


If you want to confirm a price first, you can send us an email at with a picture of your item and we can give you the correct price or an estimation of the cost.

5. Your Delivery Time

Most items can be delivered in 24 hours during the week. Items that are picked up on Saturday after 9 a.m. can be delivered until Monday after 4 p.m. This should be shown in the booking form when you schedule your pick-up and delivery times.

Possible delivery obstacles

If items require repairs or alterations before cleaning, they may take longer than 24 hours. If this is the case for you, we suggest you book your delivery 48 hours ahead to prevent scheduling issues. If you do choose a 24 hour turnaround time in this scenario, we may call or email you to reschedule your delivery. 


Items such as carpets do take a couple of days to clean and dry properly. We do our best to have them ready within 5 business days, but if you want the process to go as smoothly as possible, without the need to contact you to reschedule, please give us a week (7 business days). 

6. Scheduling Conflicts

In some rare cases, your assigned timesaver may not make your appointment in time. In cases where we can anticipate this, we will contact you to plan an earlier or later time for your pick-up or delivery. If a timesaver is running behind schedule, he or she will contact you (by phone call) to let you know.


If you in turn are running late and wont make it home in time for your appointment slot, please let us know as soon as you can. This way we can redirect the driver and save time.
