How do I start using Mr. Timesaver?
You simply go on our website and select “Order Now”. You’ll be able to create an account/log in and continue to the scheduling process.
Is there a faster way to checkout/go through the process?
Yes, there is! When you’re on the “select services” page you can simply select the option “Express Checkout”, which is a minimum order option, and continue to the checkout page. Here you can select the pay later option and we will send you a total invoice of your items after our pre-wash inspection. You’ll still be able to pay using our secure platform (includes: iDeal, PayPal, & Credit Card) or cash upon delivery.
When should I schedule my delivery?
Your delivery should be at least 24 hours after your pick-up time.
Deliveries in the weekend are different than during the week!
If you schedule your pick-up between Saturday 11 a.m. & Sunday 12 p.m., the earliest delivery time-slot is 12:00 – 13:00 p.m. on Monday.
Pick-ups before 11 a.m. on Saturday can still be delivered in 24 hours.
Do you offer same day service?
Same day service is optional upon request. “Normal” dry cleaning & laundry items can be delivered the same evening if picked up before 9 a.m. on Monday to Saturday. If you need faster service please give us a call and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Where do I enter my discount code?
Your can enter your discount code during checkout/in your laundry bag. Special/seasonal discounts will be automatically calculated in your laundry bag.
Can you pick-up/deliver at different locations?
We can pick up and deliver anywhere in our service area. If you want to schedule your pick-up or delivery at a different address please write this in the notes section.
