What is Mr. Timesaver?

Mr. Timesaver is an on-demand laundry & dry cleaning pick-up and delivery service. You can set the date-and-time for your pick-up and your delivery, according to your schedule.

How does Mr. Timesaver work?

You simply go on our website, which is compatible with most devices, log in, schedule pick up and delivery, choose desired services and preferences, and leave the rest to us. A timesaver will bring a laundry bag at pick-up so you can collect your clothing and we’ll be on our way. Our trusted partners will then take care of the washing & dry cleaning. Your order will be delivered to you in the time-slot you scheduled.

How do I benefit from using this service?

We pick-up & deliver your dry cleaning & laundry at a time that fits your schedule best. Most dry cleaners are open on the usual business days and in the usual business hours. We are open from 7 a.m. to midnight every day of the week! Your days of rushing to the dry cleaner before or after work are over.

 

You can save an average of 3.5 hours per week by outsourcing your dry cleaning & laundry duties to us. Free-time is limited nowadays and you shouldn’t have to spend it doing laundry. Finish that book, have some wine, spend time with your family, learn something new, you name it!

What are your operating hours?

Official operating times are 7 a.m. to midnight 7 days a week. Delivery is 24 hours after the pick-up time, or later if you prefer. Faster delivery may be optional upon request.

 

Pick-ups in the weekend have different delivery schedules than in the week. If your items are picked up between 11 a.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. on Sunday they can be delivered on Monday after 12 p.m. If however your items are picked up before 11 a.m. on Saturday they can still be delivered to you in 24 hours.

What areas do you serve?

We are currently operational in The Hague area (including Wassenaar, Rijswijk, Voorburg, Leidschendam, Leidschenveen, Wateringen, & Voorschoten) and will be expanding to nearby cities soon.

 

If we’re not operational in your area yet you can still sign up to our newsletter to receive tips and ideas to improve your work-life balance and overall productivity. You will also be notified when our area of operation expands.

Why should I use your service instead of my neighborhood dry cleaner/cobbler?

We work with local dry cleaners and cobblers with many years experience. They ensure your items are treated with the highest possible standard. We have tested many dry cleaners and cobblers before we chose our partners, so we can guarantee you get the quality you expect, every time.

 

With us, your time is valued. You can schedule your dry cleaning & shoe repairs at the time of day that works better for you. No need to stick to the typical 9 – 5 opening hours. You don’t need to pay cash, and you won’t ever lose your dry cleaning ticket! Our standard is 24 hour turnaround time. So, you won’t need to negotiate the duration of your dry cleaning with the dry cleaner. You tell us when you want it back!

BOOKING PROCEDURE

How do I start using Mr. Timesaver?

You simply go on our website and select “Order Now”. You’ll be able to create an account/log in and continue to the scheduling process.

 

Is there a faster way to checkout/go through the process?

Yes, there is! When you’re on the “select services” page you can simply select the option “Express Checkout”, which is a minimum order option, and continue to the checkout page. Here you can select the pay later option and we will send you a total invoice of your items after our pre-wash inspection. You’ll still be able to pay using our secure platform (includes: iDeal, PayPal, & Credit Card) or cash upon delivery.

 

When should I schedule my delivery?

Your delivery should be at least 24 hours after your pick-up time.

Deliveries in the weekend are different than during the week!

If you schedule your pick-up between Saturday 11 a.m. & Sunday 12 p.m., the earliest delivery time-slot is 12:00 – 13:00 p.m. on Monday.

Pick-ups before 11 a.m. on Saturday can still be delivered in 24 hours.

 

Do you offer same day service?

Same day service is optional upon request. “Normal” dry cleaning & laundry items can be delivered the same evening if picked up before 9 a.m. on Monday to Saturday. If you need faster service please give us a call and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Your can enter your discount code during checkout/in your laundry bag. Special/seasonal discounts will be automatically calculated in your laundry bag.

 

Can you pick-up/deliver at different locations?

We can pick up and deliver anywhere in our service area. If you want to schedule your pick-up or delivery at a different address please write this in the notes section.

 

I never received an order confirmation email

OUR SERVICE & SECURITY

Do you separate colors and whites?

For the risk of losing a clothing item our partners do not separate colors from whites. If you want colors washed separately you will need to order 2 washes, sizes to your preference, and specify your preferences for each.

 

Will my clothes and shoes be safe?

Yes, your items are in great hands. Our trusted partners are experienced and provide consistent quality of service. If by any chance something does go wrong and an item is damaged or goes missing while in our possession please check “Claims & Refunds“.

 

Lost and damaged items

If an item is damaged through our delivery or cleaning process, Mr. Timesaver will send your damaged item to a third party clothing repair specialist for assessment and/or repair.

If Mr. Timesaver’s repair specialist can successfully repair your item, then we will do so free of charge. If our repair specialist determines that the damage cannot be repaired and was a result of the delivery/cleaning process, then Mr. Timesaver will assume full responsibility and provide either a replacement for the item (if available), reimbursement of the item cost, or Mr. Timesaver credit for use on future orders. Please note that there are exceptions and the customer should be aware of this.

How do I prepare for a pick-up?

Make sure to check all your items’ pockets for loose change, keys, and other objects. A laundry bag will be provided at pick-up.

 

Can I change the delivery time?

Yes you can reschedule, but preferably at least 3 hours before the pick-up or delivery time. Rescheduling less than 3 hours before may still be possible, according to availability.

 

What if I miss a pick-up or delivery?

We understand that circumstances are not always favorable and things happen. Just reschedule your delivery according to availability. If you fail to inform us/reschedule on time and a timesaver shows up to pick-up/deliver your items when you’re not there, an extra charge of €10 will be added to your bill.

COSTS & PAYMENT

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order is €20.

 

How do I pay for Mr. Timesaver’s services?

You can pay online with iDeal, PayPal, or Credit Card. Alternatively, you can also pin at the door or pay cash on delivery.

 

How does the “pay later” option work?

During your checkout process you are able to choose the “pay later or cash upon delivery” option. We will send you an invoice by email with a payment link (where you can still pay with iDeal, PayPal, or Credit Card) or you can pay cash upon delivery.

 

What are your prices?

Are your prices higher than my neighborhood dry cleaner?

On average our prices are only slightly higher than your neighborhood dry cleaner. Our prices do already include pick-up/delivery fees and VAT. A dry cleaning service for a 2 piece suit for example, ranges from €16 to €22 in store. Our price is €18.
